Please join us on April 27 from 10:00 - 2:00 at the World Bank headquarters at 1313 H St. for a forum: "Yes Africa Can: Success Stories from a Dynamic Continent". The economic landscape of Africa has changed dramatically since the mid-1990s, as stagnation has given way to dynamism in a broad swath of African countries. This favorable trend is spurres by, among other things, stronger leadership, better governance, and improving business climate, innovation, market-based solutions, a more involved citizenry, and an increasing reliance on home-grown solutions. More and more, Africans are driving Africa development. This forum will address these issues.
