Information and Communication Technologies in Developing Countries

 

 

Dear USAID Leaders and Other Interested Parties,

The Land-grant Cooperative Extension Service is requesting further consultation with you concerning the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) such as elements of eXtension www.extension.org and http://about.extension.org to design and share extension knowledge for developing countries. You hosted a seminar for eXtension in December and we want to follow up with more discussion than presentation.

 

We are developing an agenda and will forward to you when complete. Michael Ouart, Vice Provost and Director, University of Missouri Extension; Dan Cotton, Director, eXtension Initiative; Robin Shepard, Executive Director, North Central Cooperative Extension Association; James Wade, Extension Director, APLU; and other NIFA Leadership will be in attendance.
